Default Thai Sausages

I created these this evening from ingredients I had on hand:

1 lb, 10 oz (26 oz) ground pork
1 tsp Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste
1 tsp chopped garlic (2 cloves)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients
Makes 9 - 3 ounce sausages or patties

Each sausage/patty contains: 217 cal; 17 g fat; 14 g protein; 59 mg cholesterol; 56 mg sodium; trace carbohydrate; 0 g fibre

FYI
Green Curry Paste
1 Tbsp (15 g)
Calories - 10
Fat - 0
Cholesterol - 0
Sodium - 270 mg
Carbohydrate - 2 g
Fibre - 0
Sugars - 1 (no sugar listed in ingredients, though)
Protein - 0

Substitute any ground meat for the pork
Add chopped green onion, cilantro, Italian Seasonings or whatever seasonings you wish to adapt it to another type of cuisine (as opposed to Thai).

Possibly even good with a coconut-peanut sauce and some cauliflower as a complete meal.

I haven't cooked mine, yet - just put them in a container in the freezer for later (perhaps even breakfast).
