Exclamation Atkins Survey

Katy131, UK forum, has drawn my attention to a survey being done in Washington DC about the negative aspects of Atkins. Those reading this might want to register and respond with the positive things that they have found on this way of life. The link is http://www.atkinsdietalert.org/registry.html

I registered. Unfortunately, I had NO negative effects of this horrible high-protein diet to report. Hope they don't get mad at me.

I clicked around on that site a bit - wow - they are really fighting to defend the low-fat myth. Especially the "Legal Issues" page might scare a few doctors.

I just wonder what they'll do when they finally have to acknowledge all the great results of this WOL and the shortcomings of the low-fat and food pyramid eating. Then everybody can sue the low-fat advocates....

I just registered too, unfortunatly I had no good news for them either . But I did tell them them the truth, I feel better then I have in years, my blood work is exceptional, and I am 50+ pounds lighter. People, lets get them. Get out there and tell them your story.
