Hey, we're all allowed to ask dumb questions - its how we learn. Sometimes we see the answers just by putting the question into words, sometimes someone wiser answers. The mistake is not to ask the questions, fearing folk will think us dumb!

Pretty good at math.

You are walking at 3 MPH. City speed limits are usually 30MPH so you have a way to go before you need to worry about a speeding ticket.

It's a good idea to keep track of how long it takes you and aim to shave minutes off your route. That will really make it a 'fat burning' effort!!

Going to join us in the Exercise/Fitness Challenge that I posted?

Hope to see you there!

I would say yes! For sure... but right now with all the wildfires and so much smoke in the air I can't! They have even announced, that if you don't need to be out and about, you are safer in your homes with the air on... even if you have no health problems! It is in an emergency state, I think... it really is bad!

Thanks for telling me how fast I am walking! Faster than I thought!

On second thought, maybe I will! My w/o is cardio as well as weights... I think I will!

Linda.......GREAT!! I'm thrilled that you are going to join us!!

I had no idea about what's going on in your area! Thanks for bringing me up to date. You really aren't that far away from me....and I know I hate when we lose forest here. I'm sure that I've been to Medford but I can't recall where it is. I've been all over Oregon from Portland to Sisters and Eugene. Beautiful state with lots of variety to see!!
