Thumbs up Not loosing anymore? (update)

I want to thank all the LC Mentors who gave me advice on the "Why Can't I Loose Anymore" thread that I posted. It's been three weeks and I lost nothing. So, I did what was suggested I cut out all the "fake" sugars. Popcicles, peanutbutter, carbolite bars, and I've limited my diet cokes and started drinking more water. I'd say the sugar subsitutes were a daily thing. For my sweet tooth I'd grab one of them during the day. Either 2 tablespoons of PB, a popcicle, or a carbolite bar after I came off induction. Well, I haven't had any for 3 days and today I got on the scale and lost 3 lbs!!! Thanks a bunch. I guess it's true that some people just can't loose with all the fake sugar substitutes and I'm one of them. Thanks again.

Good for you on getting rid of the fake stuff! Now you know you are one of the many that has a problem with the taste of something sweet even if it isn't the real deal.

Hi there Neni......

Congratulations on making the change to eliminate those foods! I'm betting that you are going to be feeling better to boot. GREAT that you've managed to nudge the scale downward again!!

Talking Cool!

That's great!!!!

I have been getting lax on entering my foods into my journal on fitday. That makes it very difficult to keep track of things!

Keep up the good work ~ it will pay off!

That's super Neni!!! Just like on a low fat diet all those non-fat foods can kill your diet, fake sugar kills ours. I eat very little artificial suguar and it freeks me out how fast the weight is coming off. You will feel much better, good for you!!!

Take care,
Karin
