Question

I was wondering if Diet Rite, and sugar free jello would slow down my progress. Today is my 3rd day of Induction....... is this okay to have during this?? I have about 2 diets a day, and just bought the jello tonight for a treat! I bought the Ketostix tonight as well, how long does it take for the body to go into Ketosis?

Thanks, Gina

You are the only one that can tell.

Since it is your system that will react to it, not a single one of us can predict how your system will react to artifical sweeteners.

If you aren't losing weight, then cut out the sweet stuff and see if that helps.
