Default Day 9 - 7 pounds lost and feeling great (finally)

Finally those awful headaches went away! UGH!

I am rarely hungry and I feel GOOD. This is so wonderful. I see the scale going down and I think I could stay on induction indefinately (until I get close to goal).

I'm still not telling anyone about this until I have a few months under my (loosening ) belt.

I guess that once I plateau I'll start walking and Pilates.

Thanks for being here.

Congratulations! I know what you mean about those awful headaches. It took mine a couple of days. But now I'm on day 16 and feeling great. With a few slip ups I've lost 4 pounds and don't ever want to go back to the way I was eatting before. Way to go! Keep up the great work.

I too had really bad headaches and just didn't feel well at all the first week of induction. I wanted to quite everyday but kept going, visited this forum for inspiration and made it thru. Then things started to change. I started feeling great! Had more energy, felt satisfied all the time, slept better and enjoyed watching the scale going down, down, down. The perseverance has certainly been worth it
