B- 1 broiled egg

1 cup of expresso coffee with 3 tbps of heavy wipped cream with 2 pack of splenda.

L. - From a BBQ place:

Pork Ribbs (No BBQ souce)
side salad with Italian dressing (no tomatoes no carrots)
Green Beans
1 cup of sugar free Jell-o gelatin

D- Tonight looks like This:

White Rice
Beans ( I fixe mine Pueto Rican Style, spices, jam, some tomatoe souce/or paste, and not too thick so I can use the liquid to wet my rice) I acually have not been eating the beans but using the liquid over my rice.
Pork Chops about 1 and 1/2
Sparagus (Like those a lot)
1 glass of Crystal Light

1 cup of expresso coffee with 3 tabsp of heavy wipped cream and 2 pack of splenda

After dinner I keep drinking water, makes me keep feeling full.

So far this week 1 pound down, following the average rate.
