pineapple smootie

Hi, welcome to the forum. I make a pineapple smootie by using 2 scope of carb solution vanilla low carb shake mix(2 carb) and put 1/4 cup cold water and 1 cup crushed ice in a blender with 1 tsp. pineapple or other fruit extract(1 carb). Blend until right consistence . Taste, I usally place 1 package of Splenda and blend again. It makes a large glassfull. Around 4 carb for the whole drink. I hope this help.

What about something's that really smooth

I was hoping to find something that was the consistency of ice cream or yogurt or sour cream. I don't really care for drinks that are made from crushed ice, I want something that's really smooth...
