Default . . . nuts

Hi guys...

I remember reading up here at some point that nutz can sometimes stall loses. Does that reaction vary with the type of nuts you're eating or are nuts just a bad bad thing to do??

I ask because I'm looking at this container of pecans like an alcoholic with a pint of Jack Daniels under her nose but I don't wanna screw up this eating plan.

There's no nutritional label, so I'm really flying solo here, folks.

... help

Check under "Low Crb Tools" on the orange strip at the top of the page

I don't eat nuts personally , all I have seen are hi carb I think almonds are the best choice if you gotta eat em though

I can't justify so many carbs for so little nuts though

Darrk, there's your answer. Foods that cause these kinds of emotional reactions are often the ones we need to avoid.

Nuts causing stalls usually has to do with our underestimating just how many of them we are eating.

I eat macadami nuts and almonds - in moderation. Probably about 11 macadami nuts a day and about an once of almonds once in a while. Macadami nuts are very high in fat, so they help with the whole eating plan.

Boy do I second what Nat said.

Any food that causes an addictive reaction are the foods we need to stay clear of. Mainly because once we start consuming it, it is hard for us to quit at just an ounce.

*IF* you can eat just one ounce of them and be satisfied cool. However if once you do eat them you keep nibbling...then that is a no no food.
