Default One Week...What a difference!

I did not measure myself when I first started...now I wish I had...I took measurements on June 25...and then again today...July 1...this was the difference

Neck..down 3/4 inch
R arm...down 1/4
chest(on boobs) down..2 inches
chest under down...1 1/2
waist down...1 3/4
hips down... 2 inches
R thigh down... 2 inches
R calf down... 1 inch
----------------------------------
Total......11 inches down since june 25....Holy Hanna...I think this thing is working for me....and all that hiking has got to have something to do with it too!!!

Way To Go Anita!!!! I know we were pretty close on our start dates---Im so proud of you!! I haven't measured myself all over yet, but yesterday at work, I was standing there with my hands at my sides, and realized that I could grab a handful of pants from my hips, and also my "rear" These pants were always pretty snug. LOL I just stood there for a second holding handfuls of pants....Im going to continue with induction. Congrats...Keep It Up!!
