Talking Lessons I've learned in my first three weeks

I began induction on June 5th The first three days I lost weight, like a pound a day. Then I found out about the bars, and the shakes, then I started using Splenda and having the olives.

I stopped loosing weight when I added all that stuff.

So I have learned that during induction:

Do not use Splenda even though DANDR said that we can during induction. (three packets).

Do not use bars.

Do not use shakes.

Do not add any of the foods from the "extra's" list.

Drink more water!

So today I am beginning again, and I intend to run a clean program without any of the above scale busters.

That is my public confession and resolution!!

Tankee

I didn't know Splenda could stall you although I found out the hard way about the other! YIKES!

Default Hi Sparkle

Splenda didn't stall me I don't think. It was more having something sweet made me want more things that were sweeter!

The thing that really stalled me has been the bars/shakes/cheese and the extras like olives.
