Default Thyroid and gallbladder removal

I have had my thyroid removed due to cancer so my metabolism is down. I also have had my gallbladder removed. My question is has anyone had difficulties with the fat on the atkins plan?

Hi ncbooks!

I had my gallbladder removed 10 years ago and haven't had a bit of problem with the higher fat content of low carb. I think it largely depends on the person and each person would have to find out for themselves what level of dietary fat they can consume without a problem. Good luck!
