I just wanted to take a minuted to introduce myself. I am plan on restarting the Atkins Diet on Monday June 17th. I was very successful last time I did the diet faithful. But this time I think I am going to need a lot more support and encouragement.

I lost over 40 pounds and have gained all but 10 of it back.
