Default Suppliment or Sucker?

I've just read over the post re: concerns re: the commercial nature of LC Authors in recommending a range of suppliments.

At the moment, I only take a good multivitamin. However, I've been feeling a bit tired, and wondering if I should add anything else.

I know this question has been asked many times, but I'm wondering if some of the people who felt strongly about some suppliments being unneccessary, could please give me their opinion?

If you could briefly indicate the advised suppliment, and what it is supposed to achieve, I'd really appreciate it. (Sorry to be so demanding

Thank you so much

SG

if you're a bit tired, you may need more potassium and/or a calcium/magnesium supplement. The diuretic effect of LCing and the extra water we drink, I believe, is why those elements tend to get flushed out of our systems.

We have discussed supplements, and there is apparently no single consensus, even among the administrators/moderators/mentors here!

You could read this thread to start:

and I'm sure others will post. HTH
