Default critical level

I would like to thanks those who have given me words of encouragement. I wish I could spend more time here.

At the moment I am still at the same weight as last month...I believe that's what we call critical level???? I should be more discipline... I don't know my critical level yet. Is there any easier way to monitor it, besides having to weigh everything we put in our mouth

I have read the book ' Eat for your type' I found out that there are certain foods that I should not eat eventhough Atkins allows them. Therefore I try to tailor my menu based on that. Is what I am doing right?

Thanks
TYmma

You may want to reread your Atkins book. I know the "eating for your type" is much different then low carb, so I really do not think you can blend those together to be low carb. So you will need to make a choice, are you going to low carb???? If so, it may be a good idea to start a journal and post what a typical day of eating looks like for you. There are a lot of factors rather then just what you eat, but how many carbs, protein, fat and calories also can help determine if there is something you may be doing wrong or right.

Hubby came home all excited once with the book Eat Right for Your Type!!! Well, it is so far off the mark that I wanted to throw it out, but I didn't want to hurt his feelings.

Stay with Atkins, and go back and re-read it as many times as you have to! You should see mine...

Mary and Cindy,
Thanks for the advice. That's what I am trying to do now to re- Dr Atkins book. I feel sick when I take eggs. So I might try to make LC muffin.

Bye
Tymma
