Default Does this sound adequate?

All

can some one tell me am I doing enough exercise?

I do 45 mins cv work, followed by about 30 mins, doing the following:

15 mins floor work, tummy crunches, oblique crunches, leg raises

15 mins ( with weights) triceps dips, bicep curls, lat pull down, and that other machine for your chest, can't remeber the name

I do this 3 times a week, and sometime 4 times

I am 5 foot 6, 173 lbs.

Clo

Default ...

Looks like enough work, but be sure to give your muscles a period of rest ... that is, you don't do this routine every day, right?

Also, to get a slightly greater fat burn, do your cardio work AFTER weight training. I would do abs first, then weights, then cardio.

Dan

thanks a lot for your expert advice.

No, I usually go to the gym on alternate days.

I always thought I should do the cardio first... but I will chage around the sequence and see how I get on.

thanks again Clo

btw, how can I buy your book? will you post to Ireland?

Default book

You can buy the book by going to the QUADRAFIT site at www.quadrafit.com

The book is available in the Nutrition area of Quadrafit ... and I DO post/mail to Ireland. Just did it yesterday to Doodle.

Actually, MOST of the orders for the book are international. LOL. Lots of Canadians, a few to the UK, a few to Ireland, one to Italy, one to Hong Kong (disneybebe) and I have one going out today to Australia!

The internationals are sent via Air Mail and arrive 5 days or so from when I ship them out.
