Way to go, Rainny! I did the measuring tape thing too, and only today discovered that in the past 6 months I've lost two inches off my waist. Slow progress compared to some, and I've still got a ways to go, but what the hey, I'll take it!

I'm having a real hard time believing this! Its like when I first started the atkins diet...wasn't sure it would work...then was TOTALY FREAKED that it worked that well! I could cry!! Thanks so very much!!

Thank you and its the CKD diet {cycling ketogenic diet} like what Fern did! I'm really enjoying this. I over did it this morning and pulled something in my back. I have the tenz unit on it right now...so I'll be ready to go tonight!! ha!

YESSSS I DO!! It was really hard to not work out this weekend!! But I was glad I didn't this morning! I really needed the rest after last week! I don't tell to many people about the inches I've lost! I worry about them not believing me. I'm having a hard time believing it myself! My best friend moved to away this summer...I did share it with her! Ha!

It went good! I was so afraid I was going to swell back up form eating carbs!ha! I'm not sure I will ever get over that fear!
This is my second time to meet them...but I have been e-mailing his mom all the info of what we have been doing. About mid way threw the day...when she asked how much and how. That felt good! We then talked about Brian being the same size he was in high school and if he thought he was as big of a stud now as he did then! I think they consider me a real big improvement over his ex!
Anyway...by the time Sunday got here...my shorts where nice and comfy!! I WAS FEELING GGGGOOOOODD!
