Default Drumsticks & wing sauce

I was wondering if anyone knew the stats on chicken drum sticks - I'm looking on fitday and can't find - should I just estimate with another chicken product. I also put Jim Beam Wing Sauce on my drummies, which has no stats either - I've listed the ingredients below and since I don't see sugar in the top 5 - I'm assuming this is okay.

Water, vinegar, peppers (red and cayenne), Canola oil, salt, natural butter flavor, natural flavoring, Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (to protect quality), red #40 and carmel coloring.

Thanks once again

On fit day I use "wingette" which is described as a half portion of the wing. And I actually list the number of wings I eat.

As far as I know, hot wing sauce has no carbs as long as there is no sugar added like BBQ sauce (very high in carbs). Often times I make my own wings at home and use Frank's Hot Sauce. It's good, cheap, and 0 carbs. Personally, I find it better than most restaurant/bar style wing sauce.

Lightbulb Hot Wings

I am so addicted to hot wings and make my own also with FRanks Red HOt Buffalo Sauce which has 1 carb per tbsp--I love it
It has a great flavor and I also use it on regular chicken breast and in my meatloaf. I love spicy food

THanks for your replys - I figured I'd be okay with wing sauce, but always like to check - my DH keeps trying to ply me with bbq sauce which I know if a "no no" - as long as I can have spicy now and then, I'm happy. BTW, woke up this morning and jeans were extremely sloppy, no weight loss, but I know some inches disappeared
