Question Atkins' Bake Mix?

Does anyone use it?

How use it?

Where do purchase it from?

I have looked in my supermarket and not seen anything at all. I really would like to try some recipes that have the bake mix in it. Thanks in advance!

Default Bake Mix

Yes, I have used the bake mix. I've made some chocolate chip cookies some peanut butter cookies. Atkins has chocolate chips that are pretty good. I haven't used much of the mix because it bothers me and makes me stop losing so it's just one of those now and then treats.

www.atkinscenter.com has it along with the chocolate chips. www.vitaglo.com has it the cheapest(I think it's $6.95 there vs. $8.95 at atkins). Vitaglo's prices seem to be the cheapest on anything low carb from what I've seen after checking quite a few different sites. They also have free shipping on orders over $20. Their site is not a secure site, though, so I print off my order once I get it ready and fax it instead of sending it thru the internet. They also ship really fast.

Hope the info helps.

Ann,

Sorry... I forgot to tell you how to use it! If you go to www.atkinscenter.com, they have quite a library of recipes. Or Dr. Atkins new book also has some recipes using it.

Thank you, Cindi! That helps a lot! I want it more for mealtime recipes, but I am missing my sweets a bit. Thanks again! I appreciate it!

Default Hi

I've bought the Atkins bake mix in my grocery store...Fred Meyer. I bought it to make the bread recipe, but it was pretty gross. Ate one piece, then threw it away. I used it once to make fried chicken though, and that was fantastic!!!
