Default Help me! Passover is coming!!!

I have to have passover dinner at my cousin's house and I'm not the type that waves around my diet like a flag. Anyway, there will be stuffing and matzah ball soup and noodle kugle and wine that is drunk during the cermony. (four glasses to be exact) How am I going to get out of all that high carb food. Originally, I was planning on just drinking the wine and cheating to avoid any confrontation but guys, i really don't want to cheat like that. I mean, every day, I manage to sneak in a bite of my fiance's rated R food. And I'll occationally sneak in a chicken nugget or a breaded mozzerala stick but I don't just sit there and eat a meal of carbs. Also, I have a wedding coming up and i want to look nice in that white dress so now is a bad time to fall off the wagon.
I've been doing so well. I don't want one night of foolishness to ruin that.

Hello!
I had talked to someone earlier this month about what to eat at Passover. Hope you don't mind, but here is the link:

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...&threadid=37466

The best I can suggest for you is to bring your own additions and to eat around the carbs, i.e. eat the broth of the soup, not the matzah balls.
Ceremony is special, though, so don't miss out. Just be aware and stay in control. Good luck!
