Question Stacker 2 Question

I read the post "THERMOGENIC INFO" but I am not to sure if it answerd my question. I am doing the Atkins thing and I seem to remember him mention something about avoiding Caffeine.
My question is will in intake of caffeine (like the 200mg in stacker) slow down weight loss?
Thanks
Dave

Cool

Good question Mike! If caffeine spikes my insulin and stalls me, then why wouldn't a thermogenic with caffeine do the same thing? Also, does Ephedrine spike insulin? Any research on that?

OK may have found an answer here,

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthre...light=headaches

Not to sure if that will post as a link or if you will have to copy and paste.

That kind of leads me to the question, dose caffine alone have carbs in it? I will get busy looking up info on that and see what I can come up with
