Exclamation Oops, but o.k.

Well, I have completed 2 weeks of induction, but I have decided to continue for awhile since I am on so many meds (BP and anti-depressants) which slow down my weight loss.

Last night I screwed up. Every single TOM I crave pizza. I wanted one so bad last night, but I said, "No" to myself and stomped my foot!

Needless to say, I found a substitute. Wasa bread covered with cheese, a VERY small amount of pizza sauce (4 carbs per 1/4 cup - I barely used a tsp) and a lot of Italian seasonings. Then I toasted it. OMG was it yummy!

So I had another one.

Well, back on the horse, I say, but I did find a yummy alternative to pizza when I finally reach maintenance!

Have a great day!

Julie

Julie -
you should read through some of the posts about prolonging induction - I know it seems like a good thing to do - especially if you see dramatic results during the first two weeks. But you should start increasing your carbs a bit ... and a treat now and then isn't going to kill you - just watch for your stall foods and hang in there!

Talking Thank you!

Thank you so much for the positive post!

Don't worry about me on induction. As you can see by my stats (207/205/160), no rapid weight loss here, but, I promise that if I do see a rapid weight loss I will ease off.

I appreciate the post very much!

Happy Julie

Smile tooth

Yes, most have a sweet tooth, but I happen to have a salty one! The pizza delivery guy doesn't deliver cake......OH, that's right. They deliver cheese cake!

Best wishes!

Julie
