Thumbs up Lost three pounds this week...

but yesterday at the gym, I dropped a 45 pound weight plate on the top of my left foot and cracked the bone. Thankfully, it's not broken all the way through, and should mend on it's own, but the Dr wants me to go slow and easy. So there goes my workouts for the rest of the week. I can still go and do my upper body stuff though... just no cardio and no lower body. I'm hobbling around on crutches for the time being!

I'm not even wanting to drown my sorrows in food... go me!

Congrats on the three pounds!

I am sorry to hear about your foot though! Ouch!

At least you can do some exercising, keep up the good work and heal quick.

Somewhere deep down I just KNEW exercise was bad for us! That's why I've been slacking off on exercise the last few months . . . just joking! Oh, that sounds awful. I winced when I read what happened. I hope you heal quickly and as far as breaks go and hope this one isn't too severe (well, when is breaking a bone NOT bad? But you know what I mean). Best of luck to you and congrats on the 3 lbs.

Sorry to hear about your foot, I am always breaking or twisting or spraining my ankles. So I can relate! You are doing great with your weightloss. A few days of less exersizing shouldn't hurt to much. Have a good day, and rest your foot.
