Amanda - do you have a weight goal for just march? I know it's 120 by June 1, but are you looking for like 135 by April or something??? I doubt it matters one way or the other, just wondering.

No change in weight today, but I chock that up to my late night workout and snack (gotta have a snack after a workout like that!). Didn't go over on cals and right at 50 net for carbs. Man, it's gonna be hard to give up fruit next week when I restart Induction!!

WOW, we're getting quite a challenge going here ~ should prove to be a great motivator for everyone!



Had a sneak peek on the scales this morning - 3lbs down - but not counting it until official weigh day on Sunday (just in case!)

Current/start weight: 189
Goal weight: 182

Exercise goal: Aiming for a daily workout or exercise - to include any of the following: yoga, Pilates, gym session, weight training, walking daily or any other form of exercise that takes my fancy

Week #1: 4 of 7

Personal goal: 100 oz water daily / 25g-30g daily carbs / try a new recipe each week

Week #1: 4 out of 7 - water/carbs

I'm making a slight change to my exercise goal. Currently it says "Exercise 4x/week for 60+ minutes," but I'm changing it to "Exercise 3x/week for 60+ minutes and 1x/week pilates." The reason for the change is my pilates dvd is only 20 minutes and that's usually my Thursday workout since I'm so burned out by Thursday and it's either 20 minutes of pilates or nothing... I decided it'd be better to get 3 cardio based workouts and 1 toning based workout in a week instead of just 3 cardio based... Anyway, obviously there's no change in weight at the moment since I'm typing this at night. If I see a change in the morning you'd better believe I'll be back here to share.

Edited to say: Weight down this morning to 143.5! Woo!!

Congrats LC-Laur - that's awesome!!! Also, Lauren, I love your recipe page - I am definitely going to try some of your recipes.

My weight was down today too - 182.0 - down a little from yesterday! I can't wait for Sunday to see my official weight loss - how about you?
