Lauren, I mentioned this earlier in the thread that I had been doing some weights and my muscles were all "puffed up", I found out that the muscles will take in a bunch of "fluid" as a way of repairing themselves (all part of the muscle building process) so this can affect our weight on the scale

I finished my 1st week of induction and lost 3 pounds, I was hoping for more, but maybe next week. I have been low carbing since October, maybe it won't be as fast anymore, we'll see what next week brings.
