What does this book talk about? Can you give me some idea before I go out to buy it? My stalls are getting frustrating, but I'm hanging in there anway.

Post What is it all about

My goodness talk about a loaded question...

Through the Author's research via books by low carb gurus and web sites, she has organized all the information into easy to read and understand chapters. She covers information say stall and gives to what successful lowcarbs did to resolve it. Did you know that a two week stall can occur after a lose of weight? Some people take longer for their body to adjust to this new weight.
She talks about TOM and its affect, She talks about sweetners, exercise, meds, pretty much what we have here.
She also includes advice from all the low carb gurus out there as well as a clear review of each one with their pluses and minus.
As well as a pluther of ideas to succeed.
Now if only I got royalties...

Lassara

Thanks for the information about the book. I have to take a look at it. Your royalty is a pat on the back--is that ok? And a big thanks.

I went into amazon.com and did a search. The only book that comes up remotely close is: "The Secret to Low Carb Success!: How to Get the Most Out of Your Low Carbohydrate Diet" by Laura Richard. Pls advise if that is the one you are talking about. Perhaps your book is not available on amazon.com.

I just ordered it from Amazon.com. Maybe there's some tricks in there to get me off this stall!

Thanx!
