I’ve only just gotten the Soy Zone (By Barry Sears) and haven’t read past the first few pages, but I would also recommend it. Sears gives specific names and suggestions of soy-based foods and products right upfront, which takes out a lot of the guesswork. If you can’t find them in your local market, you can find them online, and a lot of those sites do have the nutritional info.
I’ll be interested to see how you do with Atkins as a veggie. A lot of what I'm reading about Atkins seems to make sense, and I’ve been playing with my Zone proportions to see if I can do it in a more “Atkins-like” way and still feel good/lose weight. But I think a lot of the fat and protein requirements in Atkins rely on meat consumption. Good luck, and keep us posted!
