Everything that you had does have a carb count. They add up! LOL I would say the BREADED wings and the cucumber/tomato mixture with the SWEET sause is what added up. The tuna salad is not where the carbs came from, trust me! Also along with everyones advice you should double check the "serving size" of your things on Fitday. When you put in mayo it automatically adds a CUP you have to change it to a TABLESPOON.
