Depending on ingredients it could have been the mayo or pickles in the salad. Home made doesnt have NEAR that many.
Fitday also has a bad habit of serving size of a zillion when you only wanted a tablespoon. You probably didn't have that many carbs but since you don't know how they made the tuna just leave it there.
