Double Double, animal, protein, mustard instead of sauce. That's my usual. I have it for lunch at least once a week. I swear though, something about those grilled onions really get my plumbing moving (which of course is a good thing on this woe)

The Hardee's lettuce wrapped LC thickburger is excellent, too. They really know how to do a yummy burger.

Thanks guys! I just had a protein-animal wrap cheese burger, was quite good! But I think next time I'll have them hold the sauce so more of the burger flavor comes through. They DO make tasty burgers!

My personal fave is the Carl's Jr. Low-Carb Six Dollar burger. It automatically comes with no ketchup. 4 net carbs and really hits the spot.

I used to be a huge In-n-Out fan, and would eat the burgers protein style even before I started LCing, but then I would deluge them in ketchup. I find I don't really like them without.

I have never had a C Jr. lc burger without ketchup unless I request no ketchup. I don't like ketchup or mustard and I have to request to hold those two condiments. The only time I get the ketchup and mustard is when I forget to tell them to hold those things. But, Carl's Jr. has In and Out beat. The burger is big and I like the slice of red onion and tomato.

The In&Out Dbl Dbl is a lunch saviour for me. But to minimize the carbs I say no sauce and no tomatoe with grilled onions...Yum!
