SCD permits honey - yes, but not cocoa. But it's (honey) not terribly compatible with Atkins, so I am restricting my use to occasional only.
Kate, you might need a little more protein at breakfast than just choccie muffins. Maybe have them as breakfast "pudding?" A decent amount of protein at brekkie time has been shown to keep blood sugars (and therefore insulin levels) on an even keel for most of the day. Just a little suggestion.
