Thumbs up Sample day menu..I need a review please!

I'd like to put down what Im eating on a typical day and see if Im in the right role for induction or if IM way off base..
Bkft... egg omelette with ham and cheese
Lunch: Salad with egg, tomatoes, a couple cukes, cheese and about 2 tbps bleu cheese dressing--- some cknbreast cooked with ham and swiss cheese
Dinner--ckn or a steak...with a salad or green beens

Please let me know.. thanks in advance

Your menu seems fine, altho Dr. Atkins in his latest edition suggests cutting back on cheese consumption. I did eat a lot of cheese and still lost weight but I know some people have a stall in their weight loss when they consume a lot of cheese. What about water and vitamins?

Watch the over use of ham. It is very salty.

Remember 3 to 4 oz of cheese a day. Other than that it looks good.

Remember to drink your daily requirement of water and make sure your calories at 10 to 12 times your body weight

The content of it looks great. One thing I've learned over eight months of this is to eat smaller meals and snack. That way your blood sugar never gets a big surge and you never get very hungry (and thus are much less likely to go off in the wrong direction).
