Welcome to the Forum, Spanky You'll find this place a wealth of LC information and support. Have you had a look through the "Newbies' Questions" forum yet? There is a great thread at the top of the forum called 'Hot Links!' by Karen that is a must read - it's chock full of information and answers to the most common questions you'll have as you start your LC WOL (way of life).

Another good place to spend some time is the "Low Carb Tips" section at the top of every page in orange highlight.

Happy reading and happy LCing!
Nat

Have you started a journal and posted your daily menus? That would help us to answer questions. We might be able to see something you are eating that is causing the problem.

Are you drinking a minimum of 64 oz of water a day, plus another 8 oz for every 25 pounds overweight you are?

Are you eating low carb bars? Are you conting the carbs in your coffee, tea, cream and sweetner? Are you eating any or a lot of sweet treats sweetened with artificial sweetners?

Thank you Angela,
I will start a journal now. I don't get to spend much time on the computer. I will always ask for help though.
Thank you again.

Welcome LilSpanky,

I am also pretty new to this site but find it great for all my questions and everyone is so supportive.

I am also a SOUTHERNER and proud of it. There's no food like southern food, is there?

Seriously though, keep using this site. It will keep you focused and informed. I'm looking forward to hearing more from you.

Remember, water, water and more water. At least that's what's working for me.
