Talking parmesan chicken

You get some boneless chicken breats many as you like get a bowl and mix an egg up and get a plate and put parmesan cheese (grated) on. Dip the chicken in egg and then smoother in the parmesan cheese then broil. When done I usually dip in Carb-well ranch (kraft makes this and it has no carbs). It is really yummy.

I like mine crispy so when I broil it I cook it longer. During cooking I usally add more parmesan cheese. It really is good and easy to make.

I've fixed something pretty similar to this. I crushed up some pork rinds with the Parmesan Cheese. You can bake it or fry it. It really tastes alot like Fried Chicken. You can't tell it's pork rinds (cause I really don't like pork rinds). Just a suggestion.
