Tuesday at the Gym
Had a good session, but only stayed for 30 minutes. I really improved on my arm exercises, but was worn out by the end and so came home! I wore my heart monitor and watch for the whole session, but it only really registers when you do cardio vascular work. I did 25 minutes of weights. The watch says I spent 5 minutes in the zone and this amounted to 67 calories burnt off, however, in effect it will have been a lot more.
This is what I did:
I did 5 minutes on the treadmill at 4.9 kph
Abductor - 4 slow sets of 20 at 40 kg
Upright row - 2 slow sets of 20 at 25 kg - Up 5 kg
1 handed front pull - RHS - 2 sets of 15 at 20 kg - Up 5 kg
1 handed front pull - LHS - 2 sets of 5 at 20 kg - Up 5 kg
Side pull down - RHS - 2 sets of 10 at 15 kg - Up 5 kg
Side pull down - LHS - 1 sets of 10 at 10 kg - Up 5 kg
Two handed front pull down - 2 sets of 20 at 30 kg - Up 5 kg
Reverse front pull down - RHS - 1 set of 20 at 5 kg, 1 set 10 at 10 kg - New
Reverse front pull down - RHS - 1 set of 20 at 5 kg, 1 set 10 at 10 kg - New
