Default going out to eat!

how often do u uguys go out? And i drink 2 glasses red wine w/my meal.....i always order lo carb & ask 4 no oil/butter...anyone else? I don't trust the chefs....who knows what they do to your food!!!!!!!

We go out maybe 2xs a month. Many restaurants have carb friendly menues but I don't always order from them. Of course, most "normal" choices come with fries and bread so I will request a sliced tomato or steamed veggie with butta!!! I make changes easy for them so that they will make things easy for me.

Lately, I've been going out a couple of times per week. I usually stick to menu items I know are pretty trust-worthy, like chicken wings, caesar salad or julienne salad.

I'd be more concerned about the wine than any fat or oil, though... it's higher in carbs than dry white and you're getting a lot of alcohol calories.
