Question Contributing Recipes

I have recipes but I don't know the nutritional information besides the carb count. Is there a place to put in my recipe and get that information?

online, you could probably use the (free) FitDay to enter the ingredients for a recipe, as if they were the ingredients for a Day's eating, and get the numbers that way ... www.fitday.com

There's other software out there, or you can just use a handy-dandy nutrition book, like Corinne Netzer's Book of Foodcounts (available in paperback almost everywhere) and get all the information for your recipes and write it right on them. You never know when you might want to know that stuff, like when you get close to goal.
