I have read that we can have regular salad dressing. I am assuming this is salad dressing without added sugar, flour, etc.

Where can you find this?

Check the labels at the grocery store, but even better, is making your own.

I buy a really good dressing called "Walden Farms." the dressing has no calories, no sugar, and no carbs. i guess you have to wonder what is in it but it is good. they have a sundried tomato vinagerette, honey mustard, blue cheese, etc.

try to find it in your grocery store. i might have seen it sold on a low carb web site also
