Question Plain yogurt

I read somewhere in these postings about being able to eat plain yogurt and for the life of me I can't find it now!!
can anyone refresh my memory or point me in the direction of these posts????

Sheri, when in doubt try a search (keywords would be yoghurt and plain). I can tell you that whole milk yoghurt with active bacterial cultures is something we can eat while following this WOL - but it must be plain and it must have at least 2 active cultures. The bacteria eats the sugar making the actual carb count closer to 3 or 4 g instead of the listed 12g per cup.
