Hello Everyone
I am new here and I also want to loose weight
But... If anyone has any idea how to drop weight quick let me know plz cause i want it off ... hehe
But... for the last 3 months I been doing more veggies and fruit and meat with lots of excerise ... cut out junk food, pasta switched to whole wheat pasta ... that is only 1-2 times a week and same with potatoes.... but plz help me
