Default Ordering some Atkins products from Interstate - which do you suggest I pick?

Hi everyone - just a quick hint please.

These Atkins products are available to me if I do a phone order and pay for postage and handling.

Baking Mix
Protein Bars (individual or in a pack of 15)
Protein Shake
Cappucino Shake
All Syrups

I don't want to go overboard to start, but at the same time don't want to buy something then have to pay for postage again the next week.

What do you think would be a good starting order to get me started with Atkins products?

Cheers

I live in the states and order my products online from netrician.com. To purchase the products in the stores here is far too expensive. The online site is great, it includes all the labels. What to order depends mainly on your eating habits. I have ordered many products so if you have a question about the taste of one, if Ive had it Ill tell you. I would get the box of bars, but as posted here, the carb count is actually higher than the label reads because of the glycerine. But I dont have time every morning to cook, so these do me just fine. I like crunchy things so I highly recommend "Just the cheese" products, they are great on salads. I DO NOT recommend Carbolite baked protein crackers, nasty tasting. Even if it cost too much to send your way its still a good website to explore lots of low carb items. Good luck, I hope this helps alittle.

There's a ton of info in the LowCarb Products forum (go to the Forum Jump button below, at the bottom of this page), including Product Review conversational threads and recommended Product Review sites!

This might be of more help to you than posting here in the Kitchen (for cookery, really).
