Default CKD menus

Hello everyone. I am new here. I am not very big on the low carb diet for life plan but I figured I would give it a try during an upcoming cutter. I am looking for a very simple menu plan that I can follow. I am 215lbs, 5'10" and about 19% BF. All the menus I find online include eggs. I don't eat egg and was wondering if some of you could help me with a good menu. I eat 7-10 times a day but would really like to stay at about 7. According to the CKD calculator I should be eatting at these precentages: 194g protein, 192-280g of fat (pyramiding up), 20g of carbs. I don't have much money (college student) so I need cheap food. How does the following look:
Water intake is roughly 3 gallons.
7am:
2 cups of coffee
4 slices of medium sized bacon
1 tbs olive oil

10am:
3 pieces of celery w/ natural almond PB (no salt or anything added)

1 or 2pm:
small salad w/ tuna
string cheese

5pm:
veggies (small amount)

7pm:
Some type of meat.
Veggies

10pm:
string cheese

Any suggestions? thanks James

James, you'd be better off posting to the CKD/Body Opus in the Exercise Forum.
