I have returned from being the world's biggest slacker

I've joined yet ANOTHER new gym (Gold's) There's more equipement and the staff aren't so bitchy. Now going is my biggest issue. I was out of town for a little over a week and haven't gotten back into going. *sigh*

I WILL GO TODAY!!!!

I have some house stuff to do this morning and I'll probably go this afternoon, if not then, defiantly when DH gets off work.

Arc Trainer - 24 minutes - 275 calories
Stair Master - 10 minutes - 85 calories

Weights:
Tricep extensions - 3 sets of 12 reps
Side bends - 3 sets of 12 reps
Lower back extensions - BFL style reps
Bicep curls - 3 sets of 12 reps

Total Calories - 360

No exercise for me today. I thought that my wrist was better, until I tried to get off of the floor and couldn't support myself on it

I'm going to try to hit the gym twice a day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday this week. (I've been given the day of from class on Monday.) and just in the evenings on Wednesday and Friday. Haven't decided on Saturday and Sunday yet.
A week from Monday starts between term break, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do for that yet.
One week at a time.

I've been doing pilates 7 days a week, cardio 4 and weights 2.
