Question mysterious headaches?

Ok guys, I've been getting strange headaches lately, just about everyday, and I can't figure out WHY. They come on at various times everyday, though only ONCE a day. I'm two weeks into this diet, and I don't belive they are carb withdraws, because I have not cheated with any high carb items, certainly not everyday. THe only thing that coincides with my headaches is my vitamin intake. Since I've taken the same multi vitamin for months without a single headache, I think it might be the CHROMIUM!?

Has anyone else gotten headaches from chromium? WHere does chromium come from anyway, do you think I could be allergic to the source? I'm not allergic to anything to my knowledge (except carbs )

Thanks, Grace

Don't condemn the chromium yet. It could well be a filler used in the pill. I've experienced reactions to fillers before. So Chromium maybe fine, you may just need another brand.

Try eliminating the Chromium if the h/a stops try another brand (from an unrelated company sometimes a company will make pills for several brands).

Default Might be potassium

I had daily headaches on induction and somebody said to take potassium. Worked for me. Most multi-vitamins do not have adequate amounts of potassium which is expelled from the body with the water loss.

You can get Morton's or Nusalt - available in groceries. I take a tsp in water with a couple of squirts of lemon in it.

Good luck

Jessie
