Default Water!

I know I've read it here somewhere (but now I can't find it) - how do I calculate how much water I should be drinking each day? I feel like I'm going to float away sometimes, but maybe I'm not getting enough.....

Then I'm definitely getting enough - I probably drink close to 128 oz. every day......

I guess I'll just keep going to the bathroom!

I always use 1/2 my body weight. EX. 278lbs = 139oz of water per day. Using the formula above if I wanted to loose 130lbs I would drink my 64oz plus 41.6oz (130/25=5.2x8oz)=105.6. That would be a little easier to do, but I loose better if I drink 1/2 my body weight.
