Default Tears in my eyes!

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!

I only have this day left of Induction!!!!

Starting weight Nov., 2001 324.5 (still an Ouch!)
Jan 1, 2002 301.0
Jan. 7, 2002 292.0
Jan. 14, 2002 288.5!!!

I have weighed myself numerous time today -- I just cannot believe it. I actually have tears in my eyes. I NEVER, EVER, EVER,. thought it was possible.

I know it is true, because I tried on some jeans and they now fit - prior they didn't. Plus, I had one pair that was saved for special occasions and they are too big,,,, I have to roll down the waist a bit!!!

Thank you so much for all the support, encouragement, advice, suggestions, helpful hints and just being around when I needed something. I hope someday to be able to extend the same to others.

A Thin Me!! (actually getting there!!!)

awww, I am SO happy for you!

Wait until you find yourself getting into new sizes in the department store and end up weeping with joy in the dressing room. Many such thrills are going to be YOURS!

Tears in many eyes, Pam, but happy ones.

I hope this gives you a big boost of confidence. Yes, you can do this. You struggled and you fought off temptation doughnut by doughnut, and YOU DID IT. The loose jeans are a nice bennie, but I see a prouder back and squarer jaw I'm so happy for you.

You are a success story! This is awesome news. I can't even find the words to tell you how happy I am for you, how proud, and how much I admire you for working so hard at this and sticking to it. The rewards are more than the number on the scale. I bet your face hurts from beaming all day long. Way to go Pam!
