I've been reading a few motivational books on weight loss. Some however, because they are old speak on usage of low-fat diet.
I've been reading autobiographies, one in particular is by Sandra Dalka-Prysby, "Slow but Sure". You can buy it off the web for 2 bucks tops. Or borrow it from the library. Another book that I enjoy, is by Richard Simmons. I've read his autobiography, "Still Hungry" and another book called, "Never Give Up". Another autobiography by Camryn Manheim titled, "Wake Up, I'm Fat!"
Their all wonderful reads, if your looking for some books on how to tell or diagnose your eating disorder, just ask and I'll send you some books on that.
