Question Help? How many proteins, fat.....

I have read somewhere about how many proteins and fat grams are recommended and I can't find that post. Could someone help me. I realize each plan varies, but possibly an average for my height and weight, please? I am just a bit over 4'11". That bit over is very important. I see in the summary of PP it says that fat grams are generally unlimited. Does the book get more specific?
I will continue to read the Atkins and PP summary and choose a plan.
Thank you for your help.

according to PPLP, 20 grams protein per meal minimum, or 60 a day. You don't want your calories to fall under 1500 or so, and so you'll have to eat something like:

65 g protein - 260 calories
25 g carb - 100 calories
126 g fat - 1140 calories

but don't get too compulsive about anything but the carbs!

Question Calorie suggestions?????

Thank you razzle. That really helps to see how I'm doing. I've kept track the last couple of days and know I need to increase my calories. My fats have been pretty low too, so is this the key to increasing my calories, is more fat? Should I add butter to everything? Seriously, does someone have any suggestions? I know it would be helpful to list my menu but I don't want to be consumed by the time to post a journal, so I'll put yesturdays here. I would love any suggestions that anybody could offer. Yesturday was allot of broken up snacking/meals.
Breakfast: (usually I eat more)
2 slices of bacon
16 oz water

Snack:
2 baby carrots
1 oz swiss cheese
1 oz turkey ham
12 oz water

Lunch:
3/4 c cottage cheese
2 slices of bacon
16 oz water

Snack:
8 slices of pepperoni
1/2 dill pickle
12 oz water
1 can Diet Pepsi

Supper:
1/2 c green beans
3 oz smoked beef sausage
1/4 c cheesy noodles
8 oz water

Snack:
8 slices of pepperoni

Total Calories: 876
Total Fat: 64
Total Carbs: 20.5
Total Protein: 54

Help??????????

I'd probably adjust your menu like this:

B: add 2 slices bacon and 2-3 eggs

Sn: increase to 2-3 oz cheese. Or take those ham slices, smear them with cream cheese, & roll them up.

L: add a salad (spinach is great) with oil and vinegar dressing (make your own or check labels for no added sugar dressing)

S: add butter to the veggies.

You can also toss an ounce of heavy cream into your diet pepsi.

That'd do it, I think (without running the numbers through fitday, I can't swear to it, but the calories look better)
If you keep your calories under 1000 for several days, you risk triggering the "starvation" or "thrifty gene" responses where your metabolism lowers to meet your intake.

HTH!

Thank you so much razzle. I think what I'm still getting over is "low fat, low cal. diet syndrome". It seems so weird to slap on the butter, add the cream, etc.
I'm doing better today. Fried some vegies in butter, added an extra strip of bacon, etc.
Thank you again for your help.

I'm very happy to help! And I totally relate to what you're saying about accepting the dietary fat...it actually took me six months of LCing to buy cream cheese and heavy cream! lol--I just couldn't believe I could eat them.
