Hey hey Disco Pammie

At the moment I've just been doing hammer curls for the biceps... sometimes I do hammers and normal curls, but sometimes just hammers. For back I'm currently only doing wide grip pulldowns... I was doing reverse grip as well but was feeling it was hitting my tris too much, and I wanted to save my tris for the dips and extensions.

Yeah, all the stuff I do is written there, I still don't know how it ends up so long... ok I spend a little time walking from a bench to the rack to get the different DB weights etc, but that's normally within my 1 minute rest.

Thanks Pammie!

DAY 82!!! whohoooo the LAST upper body workout in my challenge! i cannot believe its been 12 weeks already and im still exercising! i think ill keep it up! hahahah whohoooooo!

DAY 84! my LAST weight training session of my FIRST BFL challenge! whohooooooo! i tell you what i had a great workout! it was hard but i felt great! i put on a great dance cd and realy tuned out everything but the lifting ( and dancing in between sets...lmao)....i also had a surge of wonderful feelings go through my body when i was into my 3rd set of reps on my barbell squats! felt so great i upped my squats to 79lbs! YEAH! i also ended up doing 150 crunches again instead of only 100....i was just feeling so great so why not go the extra mile and plug off 50 more! whats 50 more anyway?

hehehe heres what i did:

warmup: 50 crunches....30 butt ups......30 pushups

Lower body workout:

quads:
squats: 12~59lbs, 10~64lbs, 8~69lbs, 6~74lbs, 12~79lbs!!!!!
extentions: 12~60lbs

hams:
straight leg deadlifts: 12~59lbs, 10~64lbs, 8~69lbs, 6~74lbs, 12~79lbs!
laying leg curls: 12~30lbs
i was able to lift my feet all the way to my butt every rep so i think this is a good number for me to start at!

calves:
calf raises: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~69lbs
reverse raises: 12~69lbs

butt:
trap bar squats: 12~64lbs
bent knee good mornings: 12~64lbs

abs:
50 butt ups
150 crunches

i also would like to make note that i was stertching before my warmup and i have discovered that i can once again do a complete pancake all the way down to the floor like i used to! and i can stretch my body all the way down on both sodes etc etc! i remember the last time i tried to do this my gut was so big i couldnt go all the way down! OMG i am so excited! things are changing! yay!

it couldnt have been a better workout for my last workout of my C1!! now tomorrow i will do 20MAS and then sunday is my day off! i havent decided what i will do all week while i am waiting to start my new BFL challenge! i will start seriously thinking about it NOW! hahah

laterz!

Smile Well Done!!

Way to go!!! You have accomplished a lot....you've changed your life! ! I know you are feeling great and eagerly anticipating what phase II will bring. Bodybuilding is so exciting. I drug out my BFL book and read up on the 20MAS and will start it Tuesday. My dd and grandson are here until then. I have been stuck at about 150 for so long....it's discouraging. So I'm hoping this will shake things up for me. Anyway....have you posted the results of the first BFL challenge....what changes in your body you saw? Did you take before and after pics? I'm so excited for you. Well done!! Keep in touch.
