Talking I looked at my puppy and.....

i looked at my puppy and said out loud " how many carbs are in this puppy" and "are you sugar free". Now before you start to think im really nuts, i will tell you that i had just finished reading Atkin's book for the first time. I bought the book earlier today and what a boost it gave me. There is so much info in there and so much info to counter act all of the myths. I told my husband that i was doing this and i wanted his support.....that it wasnt going to be "just another diet" and i didnt want to be treated that way. He seemed ok with it so i was relieved.

Now i just have to focus on the carb content of the food insead of my pets.

I've often thought a cute kitten looked good enough to eat. Hm, lightly sauteed in butter, with side salad. Here, kitty, kitty...

If I didn't know better, I'd tell you all you need to lay off the sugar.
